Zhongcheng Home (Wuhan) Building Steel Systems Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Yangluo Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park within the Wuhan Yangtze River New Area. As a high-tech manufacturing enterprise with an integrated supply chain, the manufacturing division specializes in steel-based extended manufacturing, combining steel material supply, precision processing of high-end sheet metal, and prefabricated building systems. The manufacturing division operates a modern production base spanning over 60 acres, equipped with more than 23,000 square meters of standardized indoor storage and 7,000 square meters of office and residential campus facilities.

The manufacturing division has established a comprehensive steel processing and component manufacturing system, which includes nine slitting and cut-to-length lines along with two 9-meter-class press brake machines, capable of processing galvanized, color-coated, aluminized zinc, zinc-aluminum-magnesium, cold-rolled, and hot-rolled sheet materials; over ten sets of ductwork, C-purlin, Galvanized Steel Ducting and light and heavy corrugated steel panel equipment to meet the customized production of various building envelopes and structural components; and a full-process steel structure production line covering shot blasting, cutting, welding, and keel assembly, enabling end-to-end in-house manufacturing from raw materials to finished products.

Since strategically entering the prefabricated construction sector in 2019, The manufacturing division has leveraged its profound engineering expertise and ongoing market experience to develop a full-cycle integrated prefabricated building solution system. This system comprehensively covers public infrastructure and emergency response systems—including social housing, emergency transitional housing, modular sanitation units, integrated community service stations, police duty posts, telecommunication equipment rooms, public rest stops, containerized long-haul driver rest cabins, project management office units, and demountable panel building systems for construction camps. It also extends to commercial and cultural-tourism business formats such as brand pop-up spaces, coffee and dining modules, chain fast-food units, neighborhood convenience stores, themed homestay units, boutique apartment modules, and vacation residence units. Furthermore, the system encompasses premium residential product lines like light-gauge steel structure villas supporting detached, semi-detached, and cluster-style development, along with urban integrated functional complexes comprising modular medical facilities, educational institution units, cultural assembly venues such as worship spaces, hotel accommodation complexes, and commercial shopping centers.
